My family & I, together with the birthday celebrant have celebrated her 20th birthday at this sushi place. She loves sushi & so I wanted to fulfill her cravings. Since her birthday fell on a Tuesday, everybody was only available after 7 pm, I started looking for a sushi place that serves excellent menu, in Scarborough & affordable pricing. 3 places came up but most of them offered All You Can Eat buffet. We only wanted to order like Bento boxes & trays of sushi & sashimi. We chose Ni Ji Sushi. Not only that their food is good, it's also affordable, accessible & nice staff. Went on a Saturday night with a few friends. Took only a minute to get a 6 person table. I ordered a bento box combo and my friends got sushi and sashimi off the menu. For 20 dollars, I got a few tempura, a few sushi, sashimi and such. It was a filling meal.My friends' sashimi was sized pretty decent.All the stuff came with a small salad, miso soup and a small bowl of congee, which was really good.As for service, the food came quick and the wait staff was attentive.

Their salmon sashimi was delicious! Melts in your mouth. They also serve miso soup along with a weird salad (I was not a fan of the salad). The service was good and the prices are reasonable. The parking is quite small and I had to wait 5-10 mins to get a spot.

This is my go to spot in Scarborough for decent sushi. Their japchae and kalbi are my favorite non-sushi items. Sashimi is reasonably priced and dining in gets you ice cream and miso soup. Wait staff are friendly and attentive. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent place for sushi. Fresh food and great service with reasonable price. The complementary rice soup was yummy.
