Let's start by saying it was busy. We had reservations and got seated a little after our time. We got seated at a table that was not setup no glasses plates cover or silverware. They never put silverware out we had to ask for it. It took about 10+ min to get water and they didn't have enough in the pitcher to fill all the glasses all the way up ok but they never came back to fill it up. Took another 15 for the waitress to come take our drink order. Then we sat there for a while before our drinks came. Two drinks came out of the 4 finally the other 2 arrived and we waited to place and order for a bit. Food came out in not that bad of a time. We had to ask for things like butter 2 or 3 times....
Service was slow the day we went using Open Table and we felt like the table of 6+ got more attention than the other tables (including ours). The aforementioned table was also very noisy and put a slight damper on enjoyment to the point where we asked our server to quiet the other table down...of course, that was out of the restaurant's control as they got louder again anyway. However, when the food finally came out, it was very good. If I were to give constructive feedback, I would say improve on the consistency of service because we came before without an Open Table reservation and attention to service was good.
I enjoy going to Nick's....I like the relaxed atmosphere. i always get the same dish...the chopped antipasto salad and really look forward to having it. I love the pizzas too. The service is usually a bit slow but I never mind because its a relaxing place. one thing they could definitely improve on though.....you are usually sitting for 10 mins or so before you are even asked if you want a drink. We usually like to relax and have a drink before we order....not all at once.
We loved the food at Nick's, but the service left much to be desired. The hostess was rude when seating us, and though the server was friendly, they were not attentive. It took an hour for our main course to arrive, and then another 10 minutes to flag down the server for grated cheese. One of the dishes was prepared incorrectly despite our specific request. Despite the delicious food, the service issues make it not worth the visit.

We were seated right away. Restaurant had nice crowd for a Tuesday night. Started out with hot antipasto. Large portion hot delicious. My wife had veal parmigiana which see enjoyed. I had salmon special topped with baby shrimp and crabmeat. EXCELLENT! The wine was reasonably priced as was our meal. Didn't get the waitress' name but she was also EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend NICK'S TUSCAN GRILL!
I used a Groupon to visit this restaurant and was very impressed. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The service was also top-notch. I enjoyed it so much that I returned with another couple a few weeks later, and they too were impressed with the experience.

With a group. The food was great. Portions were plentiful. Appropriate prices. Good service. Was back a few weeks later with another couple. They loved it too.
