Nico Pizza & Pasta

we have a pizza with a surprise inside: a white plastic or porcelain shard. on the phone they apologised, but when I brought the pizzabox with the last piece of pizza, where the foreign body was also, and the beer was brought to them, I became the following (in false tones:) we have no porcellane, that can not be. if that is to us, then it is sorry, but the pizzas have eaten them, what do they want? I said no, thank you. we have no more appetit. Maybe they should be the flour seven? whether what is a real circumstance with the situation and with the customer?
