Nighttown - Réserver une table

I wrote about Nighttown in my newly published collection of short stories. I love hearing Jackie Warren late nights on Friday and Saturday in the piano bar. The place is HOPPING at 1 o'clock and the staff is always solicitous and hustling to serve customers well. The food is very good and the regular are a funny amount of college children and musicians from the Clevleand Orchestra and Playhouse Square who hang and sing and dance in the wee hours cheerful.

Nighttown is the first place for all your jazz needs. The venue is causal and offers you a 'up-close-and-personal' musical experience. And if that wasn't enough... the food is EXCELLENT! It is overcrowded and they pack em in with the top notch entertainments they bring, so move around is not always easy. Never mind. I would encourage everyone to stop and enjoy!!

Only discovered before Kovid, sadly temporarily closed. Four of us visited a French jazz singer and dinner. Fabulous. Not to many places like this...

I was in Nighttown a few times and I was never so impressed, but I thought I'd give them a try during Restaurant Week and I'm glad...
