Nila - Réservation de table

Fuimos por mi cumpleaños y nos sentamos dentro, pegados a uno de los ventanales clásicos hacia la iglesia. Desde el primer momento estuvieron atentos a todo. La chica que nos atendió, muy simpática y cuidando todos los detalles de la explicación, cuando le dijimos que mi mujer estaba embarazada, se puso con nosotros a revisar plato por plato. Pero es que luego pedimos los rollitos chingones, la piña a la brasa , un lomo alto de Nebraska y pinchitos turcos de Angus. La recomendación de la piña como un aperitivo diferente fue brillante... La carne espectacular y los pinchos junto con un arroz de acompañamiento que era sencillamente perfecto. Nuestro nuevo sitio preferido en el Sauzal. Volverem...

Un sitio al que volver. Mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo del Nila por la comida, servicio, local, decoración y todo lo que os englobe!!! Hacía tiempo que teníamos ganas de ir y, a pesar de que éramos dos y no podíamos probar todo, lo que pedimos estaba riquísimo. Te atienden de maravilla, se preocupan porque estés agusto, nos sacaron un vino fuera de carta y nos recomendaron desde el minuto 1. Recomiendo probar la pasta fresca (del momento) y los huevos trufados!!! Nos quedamos con ganas de probar su tartar de atún rojo o carne. Pedir postre es un must. Con ganas de repetir y probar nuevas cosas. Relación calidad precio 10!!!

We went there for dinner and were not disappointed. The menu is based on raciones to share; count 3 for 2 people and then order only 1 dessert (and not 2 like us), this will be plenty. All three dishes were delicious, original and well balanced, and the local wine the service recommended went very well with the food. The restaurant has a very warm atmosphere. You would think half the village passed by to have dinner, everyone seems to know each other. Only the music could have been a touch less loud, but that was a detail

My wife and I had one of the best meals we have had in a very long time here. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive (but not overly so and the chef served up some amazing Spanish cuisine very fresh, wonderfully zesty and simply delicious. We would have no hesitation in returning if we ever visit El Sauzal again in the future. Everything I can say falls short, we have been delighted with the place, excellent food, fantastic treatment, the ideal environment to taste each dish... Absolute gem! A recommendation for us and what a treat! Fresh delicious food, dishes explained by the chef and the menu changes every few days. We had a feast, really friendly service and superb decor. Would love to go back if we visit here again.

Toda una explosión de sabores, hacia tiempo que no disfrutaba tanto de una comida, la atención por parte de la camarera inmejorable, ya habia estado pero la útlima vez fué una maravilla Réservez une table maintenant

Platos elaborados con productos frescos. Elegimos huevos trufados, ceviche y lasaña. Todo exquisito. Pan y tentempié de tómate muy ricos también. Sitio recomendable.
