Updates We did get our money back after revisiting the store later that day. Yay. So, three stars for fairness. The website is still lacking as it doesn't know what inventory the store has available at any one time. Several customers in front of us were dealing with the same problem of ordering and not having the bagels available when arriving to pick up.
I had the worst service I've experienced in quite a while! We ordered the last chocolate chip bagel, only for it to be given to the customers who arrived after us. The selection of bagels was extremely limited, leaving us with hardly any options. To top it off, the staff was quite rude!
2nd time I tried to order online only to arrive and food is not available and alternatives not available. It took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged in the shop so overall an entire waste of 30 minutes round trip and no breakfast :
Hi! I ordered a half dozen bagels with cream cheese, sliced, and an orange juice. They arrived unsliced, and they substituted raspberry lemonade for the bottled Simply Orange. However, everything tasted delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
The bacon, avocado, and tomato egg white sandwich was unappetizing and mushy. The freshly brewed coffee was unpleasant and tasted like mud.
I was passing by to get some bagels the place was filthy bad customer service had hard rock bagels will never stop there again
The bagels are excellent, and the coffee is great as well. The service made my family very happy. Thank you, and God bless!
The asiago bagel is absolutely fantastic. It's definitely worth the drive and getting there a bit early to enjoy one. Réservez une table maintenant
The bagels here are delicious and fresh! My only wish is that they would cut them when requested.
