stunning interior design and service to fit. try it! the dealer’s choice concept barkeeper asks what they taste wise and they come with a unique drink for them is awesome! I always find it hard to order a drink I like from a menu because I'm still a simple tone that doesn't know what I like. it was great to be in the position, several times in a row with incredible aromes and combinations like nothing I have ever tasted or experienced. the only part in this place where I noticed was that ventilation in the main rail area and also in the noble experiment was bad or not existent. on New Years was a bit warm, damp and definitiw overfilled and I will just say that I noticed the lack of ventilation and it was unpleasant enough for me to remember it as the only slight aftertaste I can remember from our ingenious night. it feels romantic, hidden, and it's a small opposite that forces them to become more personal. I would suggest, however, from a visit to a crowded site with poor ventilation in this time of pandemic. it was not wise to let me convince myself to go first, not like me! By the way, the booking is only a month ahead.
Very amazing secret setup! From entrance, you're not sure if you're in the right place. Dead end? Not even! Well secluded and hidden from the normal bar, 'Neighborhood', which is already a really nice place in itself. Once passed the 'door' you're taken to a dim lit 'movie ish' setting where YOU'RE the boss! AND, there are no menus. Each and every drink is uniquely catered to you, no matter what your choice of 'drink' is. The calm music, lighting and vibe of the bartenders will have you leave there, knowing you were just part of a Noble Experiment
by far the coolest bar I've ever been. no menu and cocktails made on their personal preferences. the bartender has tasted it. we had 2 rounds and I had the best 2 cocktails I've ever ordered. the perfect balance of alcohol with each ingredient made spectacular drinks. also the presentation was in front of location, the entrance and the ambiente were also super cool and cool. this is an absolutely must do location!
The overall staff and bartenders are great and nicest people I met. I arrived from my flight and didn’t have any reservation but they were nice enough to let me in. They didn’t have a menu, instead they created unique cocktails on the spot based on type of flavors you like. I highly recommend checking this place. Only drawback is it’s very small but the drinks and atmosphere definitely compensate that.
