Waited FOREVER (over 90 minutes for a meal for 2 people in a room with no AC (outside it was 80 degrees and loud music. When the bill came I wanted to give no tip but guess what? They are so confident in their great service that they include a 18% tip in the total (are you for real??? . Plus $5 charge for using a credit card. Maybe they should advise you in advance. Food was good bur $16 for guacamole? I'm sure I won't ever go back. Maybe you shouldn't either.
Order a natural juice wait 10 min to be ready. Also order a appetizer took 30 min to be serve. Order food took more than a hour to be done. The food taste good. But the service and wait time is terrible. End up having a headache waiting for my food for more hour cause I was hungry. I order an salad with shrimp and calamari . I thought this could be done in 30 min but apparently no it took a hour and half. Never coming back here.
Went here today for dinner for my mother in laws birthday. We usually go to the location in Englewood but decided to go here today since it’s more convenient. We got some appetizers (guacamole with tostones and chicarron) and I got the mar y tierra salteado with white rice as an entree. It didn’t have a sauce at all (which it should) but it was still pretty good. Clean location. I also got pan de bono and tres leches to go
The food was okay. The waiter lacks enthusiasm and seems like he 's just there because somebody told him to be there. I was disappointed when I saw 5 pieces of fried sweet plantain for $3.50 as a side order. 5 pieces!!! I asked the waiter if it 's indeed just 5 pieces and the waiter looked at me like why? what do you expect ? It 's just laughable that to charge $3.50 for that plate of plantain. Excellent Colombian restaurant, spacious, event for the whole family. Weekends have live music, it is ideal to take the family to have a great time .. The servers are very friendly and are always attentive to the customer .. no reservations have to be made. waiting was very short on the table
One of my favorite restaurants in Westchester. I got the chicken and shrimp with wine sauce and it was scrumptious! The coconut lemonade was also fantastic. The staff here is always incredibly kind which I feel is rare in New York so 5 stars for that! We’ll definitely be back.
First time eating Colombian food and I wasn't disappointed. Great service and their staff were very friendly. You need to be really hungry because these plates can feed two people alone. Highly recommended this place when you're in town.
Great atmosphere and good Colombian food. Server was very attentive. Can be a little loud towards the night with large family groups and music. Overall a positive experience. Réservez une table maintenant
