We came here on a Saturday evening, and it took us about 10 minutes before we could be seated. There were lots of people dining - mostly families and groups of friends. It was just the two of us, so we were seated at a smaller table in the middle of the restaurant. A family with young kids were right behind us about to be seated as well (at a bigger table), and we originally thought we would be seated there because she barely pointed at our table, and lingered around the bigger one (and we didn't notice the family at first). Best Chinese noodles we’ve had in Edmonton so far. This place truly reminds me of the noodles we had on our trip to Xi’an which were always delicious. We’ve been here many times and this place can get busy since it is not very big. The portions are big and the prices really good so we love coming here and would highly recommend. It’s true that their menu can be a bit difficult if you’ve never been there before since there are no pictures and they don’t really explain anything. I ordered the rolling noodle with special spicy and sour soup with pork and vegetables. It was simply delicious. It wasn't too spicy or too sour. I added more chill that was provided on the table. It was a huge bowl of noodles and my tummy was so full. The noodles were tender but still had alittle chew. The vegetables were chives, carrots and potatoes. Heard of this restaurant and read the reviews. Decided to give it a try. First the place opens at 12:00 and when we got there, a line up at the door was starting. So must be good right.. Ordered at 12:00 first dish 35 min later. Note !! not all ordered dishes come at the same time. So someone can be eating while others at your table wait. Not Good.. Noodles were tasty but under done, not just al dente, VERY al dente.. Once the food arrives, service here is non existant. No one comes back so don,t expect more tea or refills. Aside from that, the noodles and soup were tasty.
I have found my new noodle place. I had heard about this from a friend and wanted to try. Happened to be in the neighbourhood so dropped in with other friends to try. It was pretty packed, but the wait was worth it. Try the Chinese pork burger and I highly recommend the noodles with egg & tomato sauce, minced pork sauce, and hot chili oil. It comes as hand pulled or sliced noodles so it depends on how you like your noodles!
This restaurant has the best noodles in Edmonton hands down! The portions are Massive, Delicious hand made noodles, large menu to choose from, and free tea. You have to check off on the menu what you want and then bring it up to them. Fast service and DELICIOUS NOODLES!! We have been going here for 2 years now and will keep going even time we are in the mood for the best noodles in Edmonton!
Mmmmm....sooo good! The portions are huge, so prepare yourself to be full (and possibly not finish). Flavors are so amazing. I love how u order by circling on a paper menu what u want...very efficient. Recommended to go up to till area if u need anything, as they only have 2 staff for the entire restaurant. Can't wait to go back again. Yes pulled noodles is 1 long wide noodle.

Don't go for the decor or the service, go for the food. This is straight up what a noodle bar would be like in China, freshly made noodles and fantastic soup bases. Everything else simply does not matter when the food is that good. Child friendly too:)
We have been here a number of times and it's always delicious. Everything is made fresh so you don't always get all of your dishes at the same time. My favourite is the hand pulled noodles with chili oil and green onions.
