Noodle St - Réserver une table

Very busy place; we have in about 5pm on Sat weekend night. We have the last available table. to-go/online order stops. The business seems pretty good. its a great place for trying to get pasta dishes from different regions. cutting the hand noodle is one of the best I had in a long time. very chewy as I said. The service is attentive. a star taken away; his personal taste. the dishes are good; but it could be better in texture or taste. Overall, I recommend who wants to try pasta from Asia-style; You will not be disappointed if you are new to this type of kitchen.

There 're usually a line but the wait is not too bad. The food is decent and it is reasonably priced. What made this place special is their freshly made noodle. Their noodle has an al dente chew to it, its very good. We ordered spicy beef with the knife cut noodle. Beef is just a slight bit of toughness but still decent. The Japanese Miso soup base could be better but again, decent enough. Highly recommend especially if you come for the noodle.

This place is good, I like the fact that you can see that the cook makes the noodles on your plate and very tasty I should say. Also the dumplings were good and nice and hot. Customer service wisely it was okay. Try it. Oohh and the prices are also good for a large bowl of freshly made noodles.

Had the knife cut noodles spicy beef. Loved it. Super excited to come back and try the other dishes. Beef wrap is also spot on. It gets busy so be ready to wait in line. Worth it.

Great place. Excellent staff. I've got the sharp ox. Delicious broth and plenty of taste. Also beef onion pancake roll. Amazing. Would return
