After three disappointing visits to this location, we decided it was time to give up. Once again, our order was mixed up, resulting in us receiving only part of our dinner order in to-go boxes. Despite the mistakes, we were asked to pay the difference without any fuss. However, our daughter's food arrived when we were almost finished with our meal. To add to the frustration, one of our spring rolls was missing, and another was cold and soggy in the middle. After sending the spring rolls back, they returned with only three instead of the four we paid for. My family got dinner here last night- what a great experience! The fried rice dish and the black bean teriyaki were so delicious with great portion sizes. Just finished mine tonight as leftovers. To top off the great food, the two girls working were sweet, pleasant, and made us feel very welcome. We've been to other noodleboxes in Victoria, but after visiting here for the first time we are definitely switching to eating at this one.

The food was very good, portions generous.The service was outstanding. We had two different sets of dietary restrictions in our group, and Sarah not only understood the order and made sure it was right, she clearly labelled the take-out bags, and even put the food in them thoughtfully to minimize any chance of cross-contamination. Service like that makes a customer feel special.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and quick. I was worried about waiting a long time for my food last Friday because it was crowded, but my dinner for my family and I arrived in less than twenty minutes. I went back last night and had another great experience, so I believe they deserve a positive review. I give them five stars! Réservez une table maintenant

I just had the best interaction with Sarah: what a caring and helpful staff.. I really had no idea what I wanted and she walkedMe through all the options, and helped me choose a dinner. My family visited recently, I had a Cambodian jungle curry which was recommended to us and was very good. I'll definitely be having this again. We didn't get her name, but there was a short blonde girl and another taller girl that helped us were great and gave us many good recommendations

The service was good, friendly staff and relatively quick service. However, the Kung Pau box I got as Take Out had virtually no vegetables in it? Most disappointing dinner...I remember it being much better from the downtown location.

I don't often give reviews but one of the employees, Sarah, was really helpful and kind! She showed great care with customers and helped me out with my order. I appreciate the effort she put into helping people! Réservez une table maintenant

I have to say that the service was decent, however, the food was terrible. We tried the Pad Thai and it was drenched in broth with undercooked noodles. I would not suggest dining here.
