Noodles And Company

I have often come to this noodle and company as they have GF options and they are close to my job. The only thing is that it varies between Ok and Love (3-5 stars) depending on the chef and person who takes the orders I guess. Mostly the customer service was good- they are nice and friendly. If u have any food restrictions, simply repeat it and check your order to ensure that it is correct. Overall, I appreciate them 4 stars.

This review is for MAURICE I have seen doing an amazing job. Not sure he's a manager. I often come to orders, and many times the workers do not work properly. I've seen him personally on several occasions and I've been helping each station. Political and never his frustrations on the workers. Today he still helped, even though he had gone out. He deserves recognition.

I placed an order for my wife. She really enjoys the options made here. However, the service needs work. The cashier was inattentive, my order was wrong, and when my meal was finally ready. I was acknowledged to pick it up. I don't have high expectations for a chain restaurant. I at least hope to get halfway respectable service for a simple made to order meal.

My least favorite noodles company! I've had multiple bad experiences with this location from them being closed for unexplained reasons, not taking in store orders and also not having everything on the menu is normal at this location. Definitely not going back to this restaurant.

HORRIBLE customer service they don't greet you and act like you being there is a problem. I will go to the one in Bowie at least they acknowledge you. The owner of this store needs to do some training because the staff is terrible. RUDE is a understatement.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've got celiac/smooth allergy and the young lady helped me get a great dish with zoodles! (Thai Green Curry with Shrimp) It was delicious! Thank you.

Noodles were dry and potstickers were bland. I could still taste the flour from Mac and cheese lord knows how that happened

This is the best one in the area. It tastes like they make it with love, and that's exceptional for a takeout spot.
