First, I paid for extra veggies on one of the bowls, but I received none—there were literally just two spinach leaves. I also ordered a butter noodles kids meal, and the noodles were incredibly dry and barely cooked, almost like they were just flash boiled. The broccoli was cooked just enough to be considered not raw, but only by a hair. I ended up having to give my toddler something else to eat.
As for the red sauce—if you can even call it marinara—it's excessively sweet and lacks flavor. I suppose you can't expect much from a fast-food noodle place. However, I do have to say that the rice crispy treat was amazing!
I dined in for the first time instead of getting delivery, and I have to say, the noodles were even better when they were fresh from the kitchen! The place wasn't crowded on a Saturday afternoon, and the service was quick. The cashier was polite and confirmed our order by repeating it back to us. This location also has two single-occupancy bathrooms that are gender-neutral, and my companions mentioned that they were clean.
Had a great chat with the employee working the counter. We got the spaghetti and meatballs and presto chicken. The overall restaurant was very clean. They were not very many people there. and they had the Coke freestyle machine. Overall great experience pretty standard for noodles and Company.Parking: Share a parking lot with a lot of restaurants
Dining area was clean and presentable. Customer service was very good. Steam table items were hot, and good. Chicken was only negative, dry and possibly been on rotisserie too long. This was mid afternoon, maybe busier lunchtime and dinner is better?

Best manager I have ever come across!John is so patient, kind, and understanding. He is always pleasant and smoothes over the rough edges of some of the new hires. John is definitely a customer service expert!
I went there twice while visiting my father in Virginia. Both times, we were helped by very friendly and attentive staff members, the music selection set a very wholesome mood, and the food was great.
Every time i have been in this location they are always out of mellow yellow zero. Not sure why they have a coke freestyle if the only options they'll maintain are the regular fountain options.
Ordered doordash and was worried about meat portion size, the manager on duty listened and went above and beyond. So much appreciation, youre awesome and thanks for listening.

My first visit to this restaurant was disappointing, and I have no plans to return.
