Went for restaurant week. The salad appetizer was blah, very little dressing. No salt or pepper, no real flavor. Had the pork entree. It was so tough that I could barely cut it never mind chew it. My dinner partner agreed with me on both dishes. My companion had the bitterballen for appetizer which was very good and the salmon which was perfection. Both of our desserts were very good. have to give 2 stars for food because of the pork. Will go again when it is not restaurant week because the reviews are outstanding.
I never had Dutch food before, and went to Noord more on a whim than anything. And let me say, Noord is the reason I love trying new things. The entire meal was excellent, though in particular Jonnathan 's Hand made Bread is out of this world. Service was great, and our server, Liz, is a treasure <3. Maybe you don 't know if you 'll like Dutch food, but I promise you 'll love Noord. Josh
One of the best meals I've had in Philly in a while! Delicious fresh bread with dill butter, great salads and soups, and perfectly cooked fish, followed by dessert. I was very impressed with the food which exceeded my expectations. Service was mediocre, our waiter was hurried and a bit rude. Otherwise a totally enjoyable experience and we will be back!
I would highly recommend Noord! The food is of a cuisine that you don't find very often in Philly and it was great to try something new. Everything tasted phenomenal and I was talking about it for the rest of the night. On top of all of that you can't beat the fact that Noord is BYOB.

everything was really tasty and service / atmosphere were perfect for Sunday evening dinner with my wife. highlights were scavenging soup, smoked salmon with friedberries and heringsandwich.
We had a lovely family dinner. We enjoyed the food and the service, and were able to have a pleasant conversation.
The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Anything ordered is delicious and expertly prepared. Fish was exceptional!! The place is a gem!
