This little, clean shop is run by Japanese people making real Japanese food, not a franchise being run by Chinese-people pretending to be Japanese.( e.g. Qld Hananchi chain stores). The food is excellent and the best 'fast food' Japanese we have had .We had the salmon bento box, the curry chicken and katsudon, all of which were very generous in portions and delicious to boot. They also come with free miso soup and you can see that the food is made with love. So, if you're near the Night Market, do drop in for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended :) A++++
Inconspicuous place that a lot of people probably pass by when looking for lunch or the next attraction to visit. Same happened to me. Passed by, did a double take on the menu, stopped, had a closer looked and decided I had to try one of their dishes. Food is priced fairly and you definitely get value for your money.Staff are friendly and polite. Came back a few days later and again enjoyed a good meal.I can highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a more than decent no-nonsense meal for a cheap price!
its small restaurant, about 20 seats, one chef in kitchen. Been going there like every other week for about a year, i recommend spicy pork or teriyaki salmon, lunch time specials are value for money around $ 10 a meal. Don't like some changes they did two weeks ago with new menu like taking off mizo soup and adding a chicken and corn soup. Food is really fresh , i think because chef make them to order, how ever if u go there when there are bit busy u ll have to wait a bit , but it's worth the wait.
small family run shop, You may not pop in at the very first sight, its a small shop, kind staff especially the young girl was very pleasant, welcoming and the food was served reasonably quick. lovely meal, decent price and honestly no tummy trouble afterwards.MUCH recommended

Very nice place for lunch, fresh food and great price. A selection of plates cost us $60 for three people. The only down fall is you have to pay extra for ginger and mayo. We come here often and the food is always great.
Ate here a few times during my holiday. Food is fresh, fairly priced. The staff are very polite. Really cannot fault it. I highly recommend the seaweed sald, was sooooo good

Clean and obliging . Delicious fresh salmon and avacado hand rolls . Good range of other rolls offered and bento boxes

The soup bowl was enormous, food ok, others in our group enjoyed it more that I did. Hot sitting outside in November.
