For the nori bowl I ordered the spicy tuna bowl for the hand roll I went with the Hawaiian hand roll. The spicy tuna bowl was flavorful with generous portions the Hawaiian roll was so fresh filling. Made a visit on a weekday before their closing at 6pm with a +1 . The cashier was really helpful. He gave a quick 101 and recommended the combos for better price deals. I ended up getting the two signature handroll (Salmon crunch and sear salmon special) combo. Included was a salad and miso. My +1 got a bowl (Salmon as well) and mixed tempura combo. The food was great. Maybe it was our choices, but a little bit on the heavier side. Perhaps the maki handrolls are the snack sizes because I was definitely full after the combo. This establishment also has a few tables inside. It seemed, however that a lot of people came in for takeout.

The food was good but not mind blowing. That said, I 'd definitely come back!Not sure how to explain it, but it hits the spot when you just want something simple. I got a roll and tempura combo. You can choose what roll and what type of tempura you want which is nice. The combo comes with soup and salad. It turned out to be a bit too much food for me so next time, maybe I 'll just get a roll.
I think this restaurant is great for a quick and affordable meal that will leave you satisfied. I visited for lunch with my partner, and we ordered the combo with 2 maki rolls and the combo with 2 signature maki rolls. Both combos came with miso soup and salad. I recommend calling ahead if you're pressed for time, as they can get quite busy. The only downside for me was the amount of plastic waste, as everything is served in disposable containers (which aren't necessarily biodegradable). Despite that, I would definitely come back.
I was in the area and decided to grab a quick lunch. I ordered the rain bowl online for pickup, and I absolutely loved it! The flavors were fantastic, and the fish was fresh and tasty. The portion size felt just right for me since I don’t eat much, but I can see that for someone like my boyfriend, it might not be filling enough—he’d probably still be hungry afterwards, haha. Overall, I think the price is great for the quality and portion size, and I would definitely come back!

Nori, please come back! I can take the blame for everything! Where did you go? We discovered this place a few months ago, and it’s been an amazing experience ever since. I was hoping to make it a regular spot for us, but then you disappeared on me. I’ve visited several times, but you’re never there anymore. Did I say something wrong? Is there someone else?
