Great food, Friendly staff and service.. In this economy the food is very reasonable priced. Great family dining, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner memorable experiences, Such as going for ice cream in the evening at the North End Restaurant as a family, after a day of swimming or fishing or hanging out at the dock. When you are at Hubbard Lake nobody wants to leave the lake to go inland to Alpena. It is an hour round trip and the bustle of the big box stores and chain restaurants. It is what most people look to get away from. You would wind up wasting half your day in town. And if you are only up here for a weekend your time is valuable. We made a stop here while exploring with our dogs in our Jeep. I went inside to order takeout since we had our pups with us. The food was fantastic! My husband had a burger that was cooked to perfection, and I enjoyed a club sandwich loaded with thick, perfectly roasted meat. Everything was hot and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they prepared our order quickly, packing it into takeout boxes so we could continue our adventure. We will definitely be back!

Yes! That was a very pleasant find! We have lived in the area for a few years and have not heard of North End Restaurant. I searched places to eat near and this little jewel was among them. I ordered the County roasted steak breakfast plate and it was incredible. The portions were abundant, fresh and delicious! You have to check this place! The food is WORTH IT! We're coming back!

The chicken tenders were excellent! Although they had run out of Texas toast by the time we arrived, the BLT was also delicious. The food portions were generous, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a great experience – I’d definitely give it two thumbs up! The only downside is that they don’t offer a kids' menu. Réservez une table maintenant

Four of us enjoyed the fish dinner, which came with coleslaw and a salad, and everything was fresh and delicious. North End Restaurant is a great spot to dine; the food is tasty, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable.

We had breakfast to go this morning. The omelets were huge and full of vegetables and ham. The pancakes were the most fluffy I ever had and tasted excellent. It was a great way to start the day!
