On a Friday night in Wisconsin, we enjoyed a traditional Fish Fry at this restaurant. My wife and I both ordered cod, with me choosing the fried option and her opting for the pan-seared version. Each dish was served with coleslaw and potato pancakes. The fried cod was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly, with a light and flaky texture. The homemade tartar sauce was the highlight for me, it was the best I've ever had. My wife's pan-seared cod also impressed, with a nice crust on the outside and tender flaky inside. North Star American Bistro in Brookfield was a delightful dining experience on a Thursday night. Despite being busy, the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the seating was perfect for our two couples. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, which we appreciated. I enjoyed the mushroom soup, which was filled with thinly sliced mushrooms in a flavorful broth and served with warm Focaccia bread. The waiter also brought gluten-free flatbread when he learned one of our party members had dietary restrictions. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. It was busy, but we felt well taken care of by our server, Andy. The food wine were wonderful and his humor and exceptional service made it a fabulous birthday celebration for our friend. This was the first time we dined at North Star Bistro and we’ll definitely be back!

I always have a good experience at North Star. We were meeting some new friends that we met on a trip to the UK Ireland. They had never been to North Star before and were very impressed with the restaurant and the food. We will be back in the future. Réservez une table maintenant
