Four of us from Brookfield went to Sluggo's on Saturday night at 7:00 on 2/19/22. We had all been to Sluggo's before, but it had been a few years ago. What a fantastic place! We were seated at a table for four and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy, warm, and full of character. There was a great mix of older and younger patrons, creating a lively ambiance. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional - not just 5 stars, but 10 stars! Our server was the most authentic, attentive, funny, courteous, and genuinely nice woman. we came here silvester for some lunch and dinner. they were totally spoiled. you could say they were short occupied with only 2 servers for the entire escap. in consideration of this I felt that we had great service that was eating hot and tasty, and everything came fast. People who post negative reviews on here obviously have never worked in food service. during these times, people need to gain a little more geduld when they are looking to go out and be served. we will definitely come back!
The atmosphere and service at this restaurant were excellent! I had an unexpected stop here and was very impressed by the people, the music, and the food - it was awesome. I especially enjoyed the fresh popcorn! Kevin, the bartender, was extremely helpful and friendly. I tried several items from the menu, including the Saturday evening special of huh and ripen, and they were some of the best dishes I've had in Wisconsin! This place is a must-try for sure.
4 of us enjoyed a very pleasant lunch. We had your giant cheese burger, your chicken filet sandwich and a pizza. All meals were very good. The Service was prompt and friendly. A server was very helpful to get me signed up to the customer special card. We enjoyed our meal as well as a glass of beer, a glass of wine and a **** Mary. a cross city train has sluggos brought directly into my backyard footsteps! the selection of the foods and specialities are great. friendly and helpful staff, great prices and a really nice atmosphere. bartenders and patrons helped to get to the reward club to get information about specializations and rewards. visited a few times last month and never had a bad meal and, free popcorn!
Sluggos is the hidden gem of the neighborhood that you never knew you needed. My spouse and I have made it a habit to visit whenever we can. The food surpasses expectations, the drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. Despite the constant crowds and full parking lot, we have never had to wait for a table.
