Nothing Bundt Cakes

I have been to many Nothing Bundt cakes for over 8 years. The girl who helped me didn’t acknowledge me at first, and wasn’t the typical friendly or helpful face I’m accustomed to at other locations. She warmed up eventually, but I can imagine others who aren’t as understanding not wanting to come back, especially if they don’t feel their business is wanted. I was happy I got my bundlets, which is always a 5 star, but the customer service is what loses the 1.5 stars for me. Overall experience 3.5 stars compared to their other locations.

Ordered a set of bundtinis for my mother 's birthday. Went in to pick up the next day. I should 've checked the order....they did not include the happy birthday flags that I paid extra for and also did not include the strawberries and cream flavor. If they would 've notified me that they did not have this flavor I would 've felt better, but that didn 't happen. I 've never pre-ordered something and had so many mistakes with the order before.

There are plenty of cake options and the customer service is excellent. The bakery is very clean and well-maintained. I noticed they offer a blueberry lemon cake, which sounds intriguing—I’ll have to try it next time. The red velvet cake was delicious, and I will definitely return to this location. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great cakes!

Wow! These cakes are incredibly high quality—rich, buttery, and wonderfully moist. I will definitely be ordering again! You bake the most delicious cakes! I purchase them for my own events, as well as for gifts to customers. I was thrilled when they created a special decoration for a housewarming party! It was so thoughtful!

The Churro Dulce De Leche Bundtlet, available only until October 8th, has become my absolute favorite! It's a shame it’s not a permanent menu item because it is incredibly delicious!
