we visited the novotel nantes centre gare for our jubilee dinner. manuel was our server and he was a great man, he saw that we did not speak too much of French and adapted accordingly. the selection of the restaurant is limited, but we have asked manuel for his recommendation of pork rib and chicken tagine was really good. the dishes were a large part, well cooked and perfect for taste. the restaurant atmosphere was very formal and a little boring, because there was no other except us. but we enjoyed the food and the service as a whole.
