Pescatarian Italian fusion restaurant that checks every box: excellent food, ranging from well done standards, such as handmade pasta, through intricate dishes with creative flavors; thorough drink menu (enjoyed the Fuji Whiskey ; ample portion sizes; pleasant atmosphere hitting the sweet spot between modern and classic, with comfortable seating; great music that was not too loud or intrusive, Spanish classical guitar playing instrumental pop covers (did they play that flamenco Final Fantasy VII Cover for our anniversary? ; and well timed service. Hands down the best Kosher restaurant at which I've ever eaten.

I used Nuovo to cater a baby shower. The experience was fantastic. Josh was super responsive and gave great advice on what to order, timing of pick up, how to reheat, etc. The food was just outstanding all the guests raved about it! Highly recommend Nuovo for any catering needs
