This place was a real find. The decor is warm and inviting, like being part of a family. The food was a distinct cut above the usual North Jersey Italian fare, and the portions were generous. The wait staff couldn't have been nicer. We're definitely going back--and bringing friends.
I waited for dinner for over an hour and a half. There was only one waiter and the owners were not paying attention to what was happening in the dining room, but instead were too busy enjoying wine spritzers. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Fabulous! The food and the service were excellent. The Chicken Nouvo was excellent as was the steak. And truly can't say enough about the service! They really went if if their way to make us feel welcome. We had a short wait and well worth it.

The food was amazing! Authentic comfort Italian food at its finest. The owner came to our table a few times to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. Will be going back in the near future!
This was our 2nd time, sorry it took us so long to find out about Nuovo Cucina! We both enjoyed both meals service was fantastic each time. Will definitely be back!
