We have visited La Scala twice in the past few months. The bar area is always busy and they now serve in the bar as well. The dining room is a bit outdated and has a strange smell. We decided to eat in the dining room. Our server was excellent, but the food was just average. The first time, I had the manicotti, which is my usual choice. It was good, but it felt like something was missing. My husband had the veal Roberto, his usual dish. I noticed that the shrimp were smaller than before. This time, I ordered the veal marsala. The seafood dishes, particularly the heavy fish, were outstanding in both taste and moisture. The veal dish was also delicious, with a generous portion size. The restaurant offers a great selection of beer, wine, and other spirits. The shrimp scampi was very flavorful and enjoyable. I especially loved the tiramisu, with the mascarpone and espresso flavors being excellent. I will definitely be visiting again on my next trip to Boston to visit my son at college. It is important to note that the restaurant only accepts c...
