It was wonderful to see people gathered at tables, enjoying their meals when we walked in. It feels like we might be approaching normalcy again. The service was friendly and attentive. As always, the food was exceptional. My husband tried the Crispy Fried Pork and declared it his new favorite. My personal favorite remains the Laulau, served with poi or rice. The restaurant is cozy and has only a few tables, which I believe helps maintain excellent service without the place feeling overcrowded or understaffed.
Amazing food and place. This is the most homemade Hawaiian food I’ve ever had. You can’t go wrong with anything. I had the kalua pork and smoked meat pork were AMAZING. So much flavor wow. We also got the squid lu’au which was great as well.Honestly everything here, even the coconut jelly and the rice was good. This seems like a mom and shop place so only one server be patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for local Hawaiian food 10/10
Authentic Hawaiian cuisine that is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a genuine experience. The kids enjoyed the Kahlua pork served with rice, making it a great option for picky eaters. The restaurant is situated within a shopping area. While there is a parking fee of about 75 cents, you must pay before leaving, so be sure to take care of that before attempting to exit.
We really appreciated the recommendations from the owner. Since we weren't familiar with Hawaiian cuisine, he brought us samples of various menu items to help us figure out what we liked. We especially enjoyed the pork, squid, and shrimp. We even tried poi and discovered that it tastes great when paired with a protein. This place is a fantastic find if you're looking for an authentic experience.

This is a great place to sample local delicacies. Be sure to try their combo plates, which are delicious and, in my opinion, quite authentic. We had the smoked meat, laulau, and squid luau, and all three dishes were fantastic! If you're looking for an authentic Hawaiian food experience, this is a must-visit.
Traditional Hawaiian cuisine can be a bit expensive, but the poi here was absolutely delicious, and all the food was incredibly tasty. It's a fantastic way to sample a variety of dishes. I especially loved the squid luau and the triple tomato stew; both were packed with flavor!
We found this place on Google and were amazed. The food and the service felt like visiting someone’s home. We ordered the beef watercress, luau, and squid, and everything was amazing! Full of flavor and love. The restaurant feels cozy and welcoming. Must visit while in Oahu!

The laulau pork and salt meat soup were AMAZING. The meat was so tender and the soup had rich broth. It’s a must visit if you want to have Hawaiian food!
