I had a terrible experience from the beginning. 1) The cashier had an extremely hostile attitude. That meant that she barely listened to me and missed my name that was just Bee. 2) The 15 minutes waiting for a pot in a waffle cone was ridiculous. 3) My name was written as Kay, so I didn't even know it was my order until I asked the stairs because the other workers were too busy joking and laughing together. First and last visit here.

I used to enjoy their Frostbites, but the the one I had most recently was made with sour, spoiled milk. I took one bite and had to spit it out, it was truly disgusting and revolting. I'm sure it was an accident but now I can't trust the restaurant's quality controls.
