I came to order a kids birthday cake cone and it went fine until one of the staff members asked ME to tell him how much change i needed.. and i was like i don’t know and he proceeded to charge me for a normal scoop and not give me my change. and I give them 2 stars because i told the other staff member and showed her receipts and she gave me the money i was supposed to get.
I went to order a kids scoop but was charged for a single scoop instead, the guy at the counter didn’t know how to count change and rug me up wrong. Also i never got my receipt. I know it was a single scoop instead of a kids scoop because i rug it up wrong for her too. The lady there gave us money back and had the guy scoop ice cream instead but still.
This place sure is a five star I just love it so much I got a chocolate ice cream with a waffle cone. The ice cream taste like heaven. I think anybody that reads this review should come to this place and eat some delicious ice cream
For my first visit to an Oberweis store, I was totally impressed with the customer service of the staff towards the young and older customer. I'm definitely coming back here again. The food and service is phenomenal! Réservez une table maintenant
Great Oberweis! Store is clean, staff is very polite and well stocked. Parking is good especially for the area. Getting there can be a bit of a pain but worth it!
Who gives ice cream three stars? Well while some of their items here are quite delicious everything is overpriced and I've been underwhelmed by the service.
Seriously, it's ice cream with a high fat content so it's delicious. Even if watching caloric intake, every now and then, go get a serving and enjoy it!
Bad service. My ice cream had a hair and they took very long to give me my ice cream. Never coming here ever again. Réservez une table maintenant
Sugar, dairy cream, chocolate, and some cones. You can't go wrong with that. Great service.
