I typically don't leave reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to a young lady named Sam who took my order at the drive-thru tonight. From the moment she greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and asked about my order, to the personalized service and friendly smile she gave as she handed me my custom order, she truly made my experience exceptional. And let me tell you, I love their ice cream and have been a loyal customer for years. Sam, you have a bright future ahead of you in this industry!

This location was amazing. The cashier answered all of our questions and gave us honest opinions about the different options/flavors. I was very grateful he did, because some things that sounded so good were honestly so terrible. We had a few samples and ordered. Our ice cream was amazing. We had our little one with us and everyone was entertaining him. It was a wonderful visit!

I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant tonight and encountered the same employee as last week, Diana. Her demeanor was very uninviting, she didn't say thank you or show any appreciation. If you're not happy in your job, find another one. The management should look for employees who understand the importance of respect.

The last few times I visited this restaurant, I ordered an ice cream cone at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, each time they handed it to me, it was already melting and falling off the cone. It was a complete disaster! They should not keep the cones waiting until the car reaches the window. This was incredibly frustrating! Réservez une table maintenant

My wife and I visited Oberweis to enjoy breakfast and were impressed by the excellent service provided by Sea. He was friendly and funny, making sure we were well taken care of. His dedication to his work is truly commendable. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Sea! We will definitely be back soon.

Hard to go wrong with anything at Ober-Wise Had the root beer float in frosted chalice. Also recommended Black Cherry ice-cream

The atmosphere at Oberweis in Bloomingdale is truly special. It is serene and welcoming, and the banana Royales are delicious.
