I don’t understand how this place could receive a 5-star rating. Either the reviews are paid for or the reviewers aren’t familiar with authentic Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The food is neither genuine nor high quality. Since we’re in NYC, there are many better options close by—just a block away, you can find a spot with far superior and truly authentic dishes. To be clear, this is about the food, not the customer service.
I haven't sampled their Japanese cuisine, but I was disappointed with the Chinese food. The fried rice wasn't actually fried, and the chicken was dry. Everything lacked flavor and seasoning. If you're in search of Chinese takeout, I wouldn't recommend this place.
Ocean’s takeout and delivery service is truly impressive—surpassing many places in northern Queens. I always order their combination platter, which arrives hot and on time every single time. What else could you ask for from a Chinese takeout?
