We had a last-minute birthday party for 25 people here today and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a blast, the new GM Mr. Chapman is so nice and made sure that his staff are doing everything they can to give you exceptional service! We highly recommend them for any type of parties you’re wanting to have or even just for a meal for yourself because everything from the drinks to the food to the service was excellent! Last but not least our Waitress Debra was a Rock Star! She took care of all 25 of Us by Herself with a smile of Her face and AWESOME service She went above and beyond to make sure the Birthday Boy Girl had the best party! Thanks Debra for taking such great care of Us today, looking forward to many more Celebration’s here ;
Bad The kitchen messed up one of my son's steaks twice and the third time honestly was still a bit overdone but we are it. Meanwhile, my other son's steak was very underdone and then somehow messed up during the refire so they had to redo it. Good My server Morgan was amazing and comped both their meals and was very attentive and friendly the entire time. She made it okay even with the issues and delays. She also made it rain rolls.
Delicious food! Great prices! Amazing service! You can’t go wrong with O’Charley’s in Rock Hill — comfortable food well made and graciously served. We love coming here! We also want to give our waitress, Jordan, a huge scream. She's just so sweet and accommodating. We had some “special” orders that she carefully reported in the kitchen. She made sure everything was done right.
Today’s visit was exceptional. Morgan M. provided excellent service. It was nice for Debra, the manager, to give us a warm greeting when we arrived and check on us during our stay to make sure we were pleased. Our food was fresh and hot. I look forward to dining at the Rock Hill location again in the near future. Keep up the great work.
