I work close and eat very often here, but I think I will not go any more and will also advise others because the service is simply not tolerable. the waiters are very rude, they give you the feeling of being inferior and as if you should not even ask or be there. they want to get you out as soon as possible and you feel that you're going to annoy them if you just go there! I don't ask much, I don't need them to be overly friendly, but they actually give you the feeling that you do something wrong by eating in their restaurant. It's incredible. I was not allowed to pay with card (above 5 euros) as a European because I did not have a German card (but an Italian card which has the same currency). The lady at the counter was extremely RUDE. The policy is DISCRIMINATORY. Never felt...so disrespected she just said no and took away my croissant . Do not go!
easy to foot from the hilton. fabulous eating, great service. I am a newcomer in Germany and have learned that most sellers prefer cash. when I learned that they accept american express, the host was so friendly to point out where the cash machine around the block is located. eat!
