For our main courses, we ordered the Paella for Two and a dish called Cana, which features salmon. My wife claimed that the salmon in her Cana was the best she had ever tasted. The Cana dish includes caramelized salmon marinated in sugar cane dark rum, served with quinoa, baby spinach, shiitake mushrooms, sweet plantain, warm salad, pepper escabeche, and ginger lemongrass salsa. The Paella for Two, which was a delightful mix of shrimp, mussels, clams, saffron rice, the fish of the day, chorizo, sweet corn, saffron-braised tomatoes, and roasted garlic, was not only delicious but also generously portioned—enough to easily feed a family of four! This is a fantastic Latin restaurant in Wallingford—a true hidden gem. The interior is charming and radiates Caribbean and Latin vibes. We tried several tapas, including nachos, quesadillas, empanadas, and the house salad. The nachos were massive and incredibly flavorful, and you could tell the chips were freshly fried and made in-house. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. During our visit, there weren't many customers, so the service was extremely attentive and prompt. I definitely plan to return, especially to experience their happy hour.

I visited for the first time on October 6th, and I was really impressed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. First time here and I’d have to saw I was super impressed. The drinks were well portion and strong, the food was plenty. Enough to take home and delicious. I’ve driven past this place hundreds of times and I’m so glad I finally decided to stop in. Delicious food and very nice atmosphere. Réservez une table maintenant

*Update*: We've dined here at least five times, and it never fails to impress! The food and service are consistently excellent. Our server was fantastic, and the dishes were delicious! I would love to see more vegetarian options on the menu, but we will definitely be returning!

First time at Ola’s and my mother and I agreed we MUST return! The melody of flavors made my palate urn for more! A must go and see for yourselves dining experience. More than enough portions and the hostess made us feel at home. Thank you Ola!

Our family had a wonderful dining experience! Our server was incredibly friendly and well-informed about the menu, which we really appreciated. There were excellent vegetarian appetizer options, which can be hard to come by.

Clams were perfect and the Tapado de Mariscos was fine but for some reason I expected more flavor. Outdoor seating and service was fine. The indoor seating would have been better just for the scenery and environment. Réservez une table maintenant

5 long years looking forward to try Ola Restaurant food again! Noticed taste and quality was different at this location. Orange one (5 years ago) had tasty food and better drinks.

DELICIOUS!! Definitely a spot with variety options and dessert that will leave you coming for more!! Swiss service and very clean and elegant environment! Great music!
