My 5 coworkers and I came in for dinner after work one night and it was what I would consider to be a moderately busy night in the restaurant. The serving staff may have been a little shorthanded, but it seemed like our server would walk by us about 7 or8 times before she would acknowledge us. We also had an incredibly long wait for our drinks (at least 15 minutes) before ourorder was taken. The server was incredibly friendly when she did tend to us, but getting her attention was far more difficultthan necessary in my opinion. That being said, the food was incredible. The sandwich tasted great. The bun fell apart but other then that it was good. I give it three stars cause of the staff. They seemed to be more interested in gossiping instead of helping out. One of the servers came to the front and gave them some greatdirection and leadership. I don?t know her name but she is someone I would love on my team. The rest of the staff at the frontkept on telling people we have no idea how long your wait is going to be. Customers left out upset and this means they lostbusiness. Food was fantastic.
Pleasant Experience! We got in rather quickly, our server was friendly. the food was good. There was a mistake with my son's pizza. We asked if that was what we ordered, our server went to check and came back to tell us they were making him a new one. Mistakes happen, how it is handled says a lot about the establishment and this was handled very well. would definitely return.
Really great place, even our worst experience here was enjoyable and we felt like a priority despite how frazzled and overwhelmed the staff were. It was a family members birthday so they gave us an extra slice of cake for the extended wait, they always try to go that extra mile. Every other visit has been amazing with attentive staff, excellent food and expedient service.

Sarah was our server and she did an awesome job. Great attention to details, made us feel welcome and accommodated our wants. She said it was her third day. We never would have guessed she was truly great. I work as a trainer in my profession and wish some of the people I train could catch on that fast. Congratulations on an excellent employee.

After a hectic day, my husband and I ordered a kids spaghetti and nachos grande online to share. We usually find that it's enough for both of us. Unfortunately, there was hardly anything on the nachos and despite asking for it to be ready by 6:30, we didn't receive it until after 6:45. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner
