We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Our waitress was very nice, but the food was terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our appetizers and then had to wait even longer for our main course, which arrived over an hour and a half after we were seated. The Mac 'n' cheese had no cheese or flavor, and my husband's burger was well done even though he ordered it medium rare. To make matters worse, we were given to-go cups because all the glasses were dirty. Even dessert was a letdown, as it took 15-20 minutes for a burnt and hard cookie to arrive. After a hectic day, my husband and I ordered a kids spaghetti and nachos grande online to share. We usually find that it's enough for both of us. Unfortunately, there was hardly anything on the nachos and despite asking for it to be ready by 6:30, we didn't receive it until after 6:45. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner
It's old Chicago. Lots of beer options, staff is pleasant, it's easy to take kids. The food is so so after the menu change. Want a beer, a snack, to hang out with friends, and watch the game? This is an easy place to go. The staff are fun and friendly once you frequent here enough.
