Old Country Market Goats On Roof

This place is a unique gem with a fantastic market. The building features a grass roof that is home to several goats during certain times of the year. The market offers an incredible selection of foods from around the globe. The deli counter is impressive, showcasing a wide variety of cold cuts, jerky, and sausages. We dined in the restaurant, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The menu is simple yet satisfying. I ordered chicken tenders with fries, while my wife had a sandwich and fries. Both dishes were tasty, and the fries were absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, this is definitely a spot worth visiting.

Oh my goodness ... this is a must see market! The store is absolutely beautiful and carries everything. It's a Market! LOL You can get candied salmon here! Yep! BEST Souvenirs too.. But gift shop too, definitely! Need to get something unique for the special someone check this Market out! Ok .. now the Goats on the Roof! That is awesome! Mark this spot on your road trip adventures you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

This vibrant and lively market is a great place to explore, offering a variety of unique items. I was really impressed by the goats on the roof! There are also several charming shops and restaurants located behind the Old County Market that are definitely worth a visit. The entire area is well-kept, making it a fun way to spend an afternoon! And don’t forget to stop by the ice rink!

This is a great commercial spot (and that's not a negative). The goats are fascinating to watch, and there’s a wide variety of unique exotic items for sale—like miniature goats on the roof, Mexican confetti-glass, vintage iron hooks, and hand-painted tiles—beyond just regular food. They also have an outdoor terrace where you can soak up the sun and take in the sights of the goats. Réservez une table maintenant

Just clicked the pics of food. Loved the place and the ambience. Bought amazing veggies and Donuts. Wild Honey was really amazing and so was the Apricot Syrup from the Grocery place. Mushroom was super economical as 99 cents and Mango was freshly picked. Amazing sweet potatoes too. Donuts were really good and the best I've had forever.

This place is high quality all around. Not tacky tourism. The goats hanging out on the roof are awesome!!! The fruit store, garden centre, skateboard shop, and restaurants in the back are all really good stores to peruse about. Very impressed. The owners did this architecturally right all the way.

Neat tourist spot, with an OK market. The Market had a variety of ethnics foods, spices and sauces. They also had an ok meat counter. The best part was the bakery with the soft pretzels, sausage rolls and fresh cheese bread. The goats on the roof was fun to see.

Such a fun experience for us and our children! They loved it. We even have to see the goats! We mailed and the goats wrote back to our young grandchildren. It was so sweet. A wide selection of items in the store. We had the donuts too! Yum! Réservez une table maintenant
