Had a great experience here today. They had an amazing variety of baked goods, from cookies to muffins to scones to scratch-made pop tarts. I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant- I think it was the best chicken salad I’ve ever had! And the croissant was perfect. Moreover, the staff were all exceptional. My kids left our hot chocolates unattended outside while we all used the (very clean) bathrooms, and the drinks were understandably thrown out as trash. When a server overheard my kids complaining that their hot chocolates were missing, she kindly offered to remake them for free- so nice! I've visited this restaurant twice now and ordered both hot and iced coffee on each occasion. I'm consistently impressed by the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the establishment. During my latest visit, I needed to use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised by what I found. They not only had feminine products available in case of emergencies but also provided a foot stool for those bringing in children who might need assistance due to the toilet height. Went here this past weekend.It 's a very cute bakery. I got the brown sugar latte and a lox on an Asiago Bagel. The Latte was nice and strong and they put so much lox and cream cheese on the bagel which I love. They did not skimp out on the lox at all. I also got the sundried tomato and parmesan biscuit which was very tastey! They had a grilled cheese sandwich which had a couple of different cheeses on it, but they could make a kid version , which if you have a picky eater who requires a certain color cheese, that is very helpful. Satisfaction! Marvelous. After stopping by another cafe on Main st (starts with cozy), I could not eat that food. Did a quick search and stumbled on Old Mill cafe. The food was fresh, tasty, exactly what my body deserves. Got a pesto spinach egg on an English muffin yummy and healthy. Thank you for making my trip to Main st worth while and giving me sheer joy!

I visited this restaurant on a particularly busy morning, and I must say that the staff did an outstanding job managing everything—from preparing food and making coffee to handling the counter and keeping the place clean. It was truly an excellent experience. I almost forgot to mention that the coffee and muffin I ordered were absolutely delicious!
This is a very cute little place to grab breakfast. They had high chairs for kids and lots of seating was available as well. I only got an iced coffee, but it tasted good and their lox and bagel was also really good. I want to come back here and try the other things they have. Heads up they’re closed on wednesdays.
You should expect a short wait at Old Mill Cafe. This is hands down the best breakfast coffee cafe around. The bakery goods are always fresh and the sandwiches delicious. The baristas actually make real Italian espresso drinks. This is a must visit if you’re coming to historic Ellicott City!
Amazinggg large gluten free cookies! Crispy on the edges, soft and chewy on the inside- the perfect texture. Highly recommend even if you aren't gluten free. They also have amazing and unique flavors of scones, muffins, frittatas, etc. Adorable little stop. 10/10

This place blew away expectations! They have SO many coffee flavors and our coffee was delicious. Their breakfast sandwiches and toasts were also great. We expected a little old cafe, but was a trendy and delicious start to our day.
