Always great comfort food, drinks and energetic, friendly service. My favorite is the Roast Beef Combo with an Operation and a side of Onion Rings. However the old cow outside needs some glue and a paint job. Talk to to the Chester County Art Association on Bradford. PaintIng cows is their specialty. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
