This was my first time attending old school and will be the last. I saw the young man in the back scrape the cutting board for scraps and throw it onto a pizza which is for sure illegal, not his fault as the owner probably put that system in place. The outside and kitchen workers reek of marijuana. I'm not against that but if I wanted that experience I would go to the dispensary. Last thing on critiques is I could hear some other music that wasn't the stores playlist being blasted from the kitchen and it was all I could focus on when I first arrived. First day of wing week and we tried old school pizza and wings , the atmosphere walking in was great but the food didn't do so well . Bread sticks were very good but didn't care much for the marinara. The salad was good, so on to the wings. We tried several different sauces between several people bbq, hot honey siracha, sweet heat, garlic parmesan and Nashville dry rub. I would say sweet heat had the best flavor but non of us cared for any of the others. The worst being the garlic parmesan. When a pizza place has the checkered tablecloths, you know it's about to be good. The vibe is a perfect mix of a pizza place and bar. I haven't watched any games there yet, but it seems like it would be a good place to watch them.
