Olde Magoun's Saloon

We have the distinct pleasure of living a 2 minute walk from old magoun’s saloon and it is one of my favorites. Not only is the food phenomenal but one of their waitress, Caroline is the equivalent of a warm loving hug. I will come in on a Sunday hungover, tired and anxious for what the week ahead has in store for me and she is a lovely reminder that everything will be okay. We come often and have tried half of the menu and everything is a slapper. Chili? Great. Tenders? Try the knob creek habanero. Fajitas? Hell yeah. Never gotten a bad meal here their consistency across the menu and between visits is the reliability that every restaurant needs but most of the time is just a distant reminde...

Olde Magoun's Saloon in Somerville, Massachusetts, is an excellent venue for watching soccer matches. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it ideal for sports fans. Since it's a popular spot, I recommend arriving early to snag a good seat. Although the beer was a bit underwhelming at times, their burgers definitely compensated with their outstanding flavor and quality. Overall, it's a fantastic experience for both soccer enthusiasts and food lovers!

We arrived at 10am Saturday and had an amazing brunch! I had eggs Benedict with short ribs, every part of it was amazing. My daughter (4) got the classic breakfast (scrambled eggs and toast, bacon, sausage, home fries. We loved it and of course had enough for probably 4 meals for her! Hubby had chicken and waffles and it had some nice gravy. I had a Mimosa and it was very good and kinda big! Thanks for a great breakfast!

One of my top choices! They offer an excellent selection of craft beers, featuring a rotating lineup of unique and hard-to-find options. The food is outstanding, especially during their special events. My personal favorite is their fish and chips on Fridays – I truly believe they are the best in town! Réservez une table maintenant

My favorite german beer hall style drink and food offering mixed with a sports bar vibe and trivia weekly. Olde Magoun's does a great job of balancing a unique vibe in a fun and cozy setting. They even have 4x different styles of seating in thier establishment. Neat!

As far as Pub food it was great. I had the Salmon BLT without the bacon and still delicious on a warm focaccia. Onion Rings were good as well. Broad selection of . Lively atmosphere a bit on the loud side). We enjoyed the trivia .

A cozy place to have good beer and TASTY food! I love coming here, I always receive great and quick service! The buffalo wings are my favorite, but like the last review said though bring back the thick fries!
