I have not been treated so well or ate as much wonderful Mediterranean food in a very long while. Aleca (sp?) took care of us like we were family. We commented more than once it was like having a Greek mom filling you up. We let her serve and chose. Village Salad, fried olives, tiropita shaped like an eggroll, flatbread, octopus... The highlight was the goat shoulder. So tender it fell off the bone and a rich flavor exceeding expectation. There was no room for dessert so she brought it anyway. Creme brûlée and Ekmek, which I think means heavenly pillow of awesome. A treat of Mastika for aperitif with coffee and now it's off to food coma.

So it fell tenderly from the bone and a rich aroma beyond the expectation. there was no room for dessert, so she still brought it. creme brûlée and ekmek what I think means heavenly kissing of ingenious. a tasty of mastic for aperitif with coffee and now it is on eating coma.
I really had a big hope with all this. the ambiente was incredibly good for a great meal. focaccia order brot next to some linguine chili garne and wea wea shiraz. so first bite and I like I have tasted better Italian food and min later, eating develops the taste that is only pure happiness. try this place and I can say they would come back here to know what else can be offered.
Ridiculously popular local restaurant that is worth seeking out within the concrete wasteland of Southlands. Get greeted like you are family, treated like you are the only ones there, and fed like you are famished. The decor is pedestrian but the friendly service and tasty food is all I saw.

they were here twice now and both paintings were very impressed. for the first time friends and I shared a few of the Entree dishes (the meatballs were the favorit for all) and for the second time had gnocchi and tried some slowly cooked lamb shoulders both were one of the best I had

Another surprise in Mawson - fresh, delicious. Grilled seafood was amazing, but the slow cooked lamb was UNBELIEVABLE. Truly worth the trip to Canberra. Pretty good brûlée as well - just a great lunch.
