We had an awful experience at this restaurant! There was a misunderstanding with our bill, and all we wanted was to ask our server for clarification. When she couldn't provide an answer, she called over the manager, Larry. He immediately raised his voice and acted as if we were refusing to pay. We were simply trying to understand why we received one total on our initial receipt and another after our card was charged! Throughout the entire encounter, we remained calm and respectful, but he even went so far as to wave the receipt in my friend’s face! I have never felt so disrespected for merely asking a straightforward question. He should not be in a managerial position! We will definitely not...
The customer service at this restaurant is awful. The waiter was dismissive, and we couldn't enjoy our meal in peace. The manager checked on us so many times—about 25—that it became intrusive. When it was time to pay, they brought us a receipt with one total, but after we handed over our card, they returned with a new receipt that was nearly $10 more. When we asked the manager, Larry, to explain the price difference, he became loud and disrespectful. He waved the receipt in my face, insisting that we had to pay that amount when all we wanted was an explanation. As Hispanic women, we felt discriminated against, and this experience was unacceptable.
Olive Garden has become a beloved family tradition for us. We always feel warmly welcomed, and the food is absolutely delicious. Some of our favorites include the Chicken Gnocchi Carbonara and the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, as well as my son's top pick from the children's menu: spaghetti with meatballs. Plus, if you can't get enough pasta that day, they offer pre-made pasta for the next day, which is just as delightful as what you enjoy in the restaurant. The service is consistently excellent, especially if you ask for William; he genuinely makes you feel like family. We can’t wait to return to Olive Garden in a few weeks, or maybe even sooner!
I always request him when we dine here because he enhances our experience significantly. He’s a true rockstar and a vital part of this establishment. His strong work ethic and dedication are evident, and I appreciate the class and charisma he brings to his role. Tonight, we enjoyed a delicious and generous late dinner once again. Despite the common issue of staff shortages, our overall experience and service were excellent, especially once our waiter, Martin, managed to catch up with the crowd. He truly went above and beyond to assist us. The food was especially tasty tonight.

The dishes were fantastic overall! A special shout-out to our waitress Jennifer, who was sweet and friendly, and she was also really helpful with my beer selection.
The spaghetti was delicious, but unfortunately, it caused me quite a bit of pain. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
