I was invited to a birthday dinner here on a weekday. We called ahead to reserve seating and were told there would be an hour wait. Upon arrival, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. With four kids in tow, you can imagine how enjoyable that was. Once we were finally seated, it took a long time for anyone to take our drink orders, and the waitress seemed quite confused by everything we asked. It was evident they were short-staffed, although they didn’t mention it. After placing our orders, we continued to wait and waited for our food, which took about an hour to arrive. It's astonishing how much this restaurant has declined. The food was incredibly bland, lacking any real flavor, and the portions were overpriced. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but if I'm going to spend my money, I expect it to be worthwhile. They were stingy with the sauce, and all you could taste was cheese, regardless of what you ordered. Unfortunately, we will be dining elsewhere from now on. Charging $4 for a glass of sweet tea and $16 for five ravioli? Seriously? As for the service, the waitress kept saying "For sure!" non-stop, which felt unprofessional. If I could give the food a zero, I would.
Terrible food. The kitchen staff seems unable to follow simple instructions. The ingredients are often old and inedible, with wilted brown lettuce and even a hair found in the breadsticks. I ordered alfredo sauce on my chicken parmesan and requested no marinara on the pasta or chicken, but they served it with marinara as usual. I realized this as soon as my order was brought to my car. They returned it, scraped off some of the marinara haphazardly, and topped it with alfredo sauce. This is by far the worst Olive Garden I've ever been to. They really need to shut this place down.
We chose to celebrate the last day of 2022 with a family dinner, and I'm so glad we picked Olive Garden—it exceeded our expectations. Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious with quick service. We had such a wonderful time that we’re considering making a family dinner out on New Year’s Eve a new tradition. I highly recommend trying everything Alfredo! Everyone loved their meals, which is impressive because my kids can be picky. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. I placed an online order after waiting about seven minutes in line. While I was on the phone, I turned to what I hoped wasn’t the manager, who was wearing a fake Louis Vuitton outfit, and asked if one of the orders sitting there was mine. She told me the lady on the phone would be with me in a moment, but then just stood there looking confused. Eventually, I politely walked up, saw my name, and took my food. I don’t understand the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited for two and a half hours for my food, and when it finally arrived, the cheese sticks were poorly cooked. Honestly, I would have preferred McDonald's over this food. I also ordered a water with lemon, but they put a whole lemon in it, which made it taste terrible. When I mentioned I didn't want a spare plate, the server gave me a funny look. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The bar area was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, and the silverware and dishes were not clean either. We should have left when we first noticed this, but we decided to give the place a chance. The service was acceptable but quite forgetful regarding our requests. Overall, this was not a pleasant dining experience.
This is one of the best Olive Gardens we've ever visited. We enjoyed delicious meals, mouthwatering desserts, and had an excellent waitress. The interior was also quite nice. Our party of six only had to wait 45 minutes on an early Friday evening. We all left feeling satisfied and happy!

I typically have a great experience dining here, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. My food was overcooked, and they forgot to include the salad with my other meal. It was disappointing. For reference, I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara.
I expected a long wait, but we were seated quite quickly. Our server was friendly, and both the food and drinks were enjoyable.
