I want to give a special shoutout to our exceptional server, Cristian C. He was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made us feel welcomed and provided excellent service, ensuring our drinks and breadsticks were always refilled. He even offered to refill our pasta before we had finished our meal! His expertise and efficiency were top-notch, and I would definitely return if he were our server again. Lasagna, chicken Parmesan and fettuccini Alfredo on my plate was delicious. Chicken Parmesan was crunchy on the outside but soft and moist inside. Layered lasagna with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese and ground meat has the right soft touch and flavor combination makes you take more bites. Fettuccine Alfredo's aldente flat noodle and generous amount of Alfredo sauce was good. I liked their version of Italian dressing on my salad. Tired of giving this location a chance. Everytime I come here the service is so slow..... food takes a long time to get to the table and the check takes even longer. The waiter did not write our orders down when taking them, which of course came out wrong. The waitlist is also not accurate we waiting much longer than what was stated online. I'm sorry but it was just one thing after another...... and that sucks when you're hungry lol hope things change there

I am writing this review solely because of the outstanding service provided by our server, Noa. I have visited this restaurant many times with friends and family, and have never experienced such exceptional service until now. Noa went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated his attentiveness. He has definitely raised the bar for good hospitality in my eyes. I wish I had cash on hand to show my appreciation even more. Réservez une table maintenant

Unfortunately ; Entire staff just gives weird vibes.. felt like the entire restaurant just sits there to listen to other people’s conversations . We wish this location would become Hell’s Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe or even a BJ’s or some other upbeat type of restaurant cause this is not it! There’s no car chargers or Valet parking . We just felt awkward the entire time.

To start this place used to be the place to go! Now this place is absolutely trash! Dishes are half assed and not cleaned at all! I picked off old food stuck to my fork! Bread was super crunchy and bland! This place has lost its touch and it's honestly sad! Step it up Olive Garden, and get back to the standard of actually being a relevant and nice place to go!

Our servers name was Ruby,she was such a sweet heart,she was very very attentive,very kind,had our drinks refilled before we had to ask,you can tell she loves her job we enjoyed having her as our server food was also amazing
