"I wish I had something nice to say about this lunch experience. My office ordered from this location today and when I received my meal I notice a dead bug. Very disturbing and gross. Lunch was ruined obviously. Do better when preparing someone's food."

The food at this location is generally mediocre at best, which is fine for an Olive Garden, I guess. But today’s experience was incredibly uncomfortable. We were greeted by cold and unfriendly hostesses who looked incredibly unhappy to be there. We were then brought to a table that was absolutely disgusting. The hostess didn’t even care, and walked away despite it being so obviously unclean. Oily hand prints and food left on the booth, spaghetti and other trash littered all over the floor. I want to start by giving a big shout out to our server Bianca, also known as Miss B. I live in Austell, and even though there is another Olive Garden closer to me, the last time my wife and I went there for lunch, the food quality was not great and the service was lacking. My wife had previously told me about a great experience she had at this location with a server, so we decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I are regulars at this restaurant and have never had any problems until our visit on June 26th, 2023 at 9:30pm. We were informed by the hostess that they were only accepting takeout orders for the night, so we decided to leave. Strangely, another family came in right after us and were seated by the same hostess who had turned us away. We were confused as to why we were denied service while they were seated. Horrible service and no communication. My family and I waited for over 20mins after being seated for nothing. We never even placed an order for drinks or apps. We literally watched the table after us receive their drinks/apps before the table that was seated before us. After the 20min wait, we calmly left. As we approached the host station, my husband and I could clearly see multiple servers/hosts doing double-takes and whispering amongst themselves about us (family of 5) leaving. Never once did anyone attempt to speak to us or fix the situation. Wow! I really regret not reading the reviews before coming to this restaurant. Almost everything that could have gone wrong did. The interior is outdated, and there were very few customers (a red flag I should have heeded). The service was slow and the server was odd, making us nervous about the food. The unlimited salad was dry and the breadsticks were tasteless, nothing like the ones I remembered loving. My entree, cheese ravioli, was revolting and unappetizing. The filling had a strange, gooey texture that couldn't possibly be real cheese, and I couldn't bring myself to finish it. I'm surprised this place is still in business.
Went to Olive Garden for early dinner. Have been at that place a few times. I have to say that the place was really dirty. The table I have been offered was still dirty and sticky from the last customers. Even the menu was so dirty that I did not want to touch it. Its a shame that they don’t care. The waitress was not friendly at all, I did not really feel very welcome. Well, I was hungry and ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and an Olive Garden salad. Food was good, but considering the overall experience I don’t know if I will come back.
This location served standard Olive Garden fair. It was clean and the staff were friendly. We visited at 4:30pm on Wednesday and were seated right away. The food was served fresh and hot. The salad was also fresh and crisp. The server was split between two sections on opposite sides of the restaurant so the service was a little delayed but she did well meeting our needs and checking up on us at acceptable intervals. Overall, I would recommend this location if you enjoy Olive Garden.
Was visiting the city as a non-US citizen and figured I’d try the famous Olive Garden. Wasn’t too busy and our server was great and friendly. She was awesome actually. The food was relatively good. Good salads, soup I had was awesome. while we did get a few wrong items and the onion rings were slightly soft and mushy, feeling under-fried. Worse service and food I have ever got from any restaurant. The Shrimp Alfredo had humans hairs in it. Garlic bread was low cooked. After finishing the main course then I got the Salad and garlic bread, after few times of calling the server. Called the manager about the hair in the food that I was ordered and manager act like this is a very minor issue. I will never visit this restaurant as well as any of the Olive Garden again!!
