I frequent Olive Garden, pretty regular. I have one right around the corner from where I live, but I don't go there. I travel to go to the one near Parma town, which is where I lived for 20 years. They always have parking. They always have plenty of staff the place is always neat and tidy, except for that darn front door that they continue not to fix so us people over 40 can open it easier and get inside. My grandmother and I went to this location for my birthday. We went around 11:30/12pm (Saturday) and it was not very busy. No wait. You get an option of soup or salad with your meal so we split a salad. Normally the waitress asked if you want more, but ours did not. She just came and grabbed the bowl. She did not come to the table much. My grandmother got the build your own pasta with rigatoni, meat sauce and chicken. They did not give her enough sauce so she had to ask for more. Went here for dinner to redeem my birthday gift (you get a free dessert when purchasing any entree if you're part of their rewards program) and it was great! The service was outstanding, always making sure that we had enough replenishment of salad and breadsticks which both were delicious! They also made it super easy and effortless to redeem my gift, explaining all the different dessert options they had for me to choose from. I ended up picking the strawberry Sicilian cheesecake and it was amazing!! Highly recommend it!! I am sorry I have to give a one star review of a national chain...the worst that should ever happen is a 3 star...but this place was awful...wait staff was not attentive, both of us were in need of water for over half our meal, I ordered a beer, that was finished before the meal arrived, I asked for another and never received one...what was most shocking about this experience was the quality of the food...who can say a chain restaurant had bad food...I can now...I ordered the taste of Italy, the chicken parm was dry and harder than a rock...simply awful, the lasagna had burnt bottom, and the Alfredo was dry...I was not impressed by this location and I will not be back to this location again....

Took my girlfriend out on a Saturday night to dinner. It was homecoming, so the restaurant was busier than usual. The wait was not bad at all. Our server, Colin, was excellent! He is very attentive and friendly. He made the experience better. Soups and salads were very good as well as the breadsticks. The Never-Ending Pasta Bowl meal was average. The problem was that the capellini was mush, the rigatoni was a little better, but still extremely overcooked and just tasted like mashed up pasta. The fettuccini was good though. Also, the food came out in a timely manner. I would probably come back again and give this location another shot.
Service was friendly and fast from the start but not much follow back. Never got refills on bread or drinks. Ambiance is about what you'd expect at an Olive Garden. Nice and generally clean. Food came out fast and had good presentation. Taste was a disappointment. Things tastes to naturally salty or frozen. Definitely not worth the 25 bucks a plate for it. Maybe more like 15.
It was super slow during our visit because of the rib fixed on the road. The service was excellent and fast. The food was quickly and super freshly prepared. And our waitress was super friendly. Great place for Dataight. Clean facilities.
My family and I went to dinner here last weekend in the late evening. There was no wait we had great service and the food was hot and fresh. No complaints! I will be returning soon!

Ordered Chicken alfredo and added mushrooms'. Was just so bland. No flavor what's so ever. Sauce very watery. I cant believe people consider this place good food. LOL
Service was fast and good. Server was very good and responded quickly. Was reluctant because of two and 1/2 star rating but found it to be a 4 star at least.
