It took over 25 minutes to get a server. We had to go to the concierge twice to request that we get a server to take our order. Finally, we got a server, who apologized for the delay. Our server, Paul, was extremely pleasant and nice, and did his best to give us good service. Accordingly, we gave him a 31% tip, and expressed how happy we were with his service. There were pieces of torn napkins and food on the floor next to where we were sitting. The bathroom needed attention. The trash can was overflowing and there was too much water around the hand wash sinks.
We came here for dinner and was seated almost immediately for our party of 10. The food is a constant, as delicious today as it was 20 years ago. Our wait staff was attentive and very accommodating to the little ones in our party. We lucked out and got the private nook on the side which made the experience feel even more premium. The kids felt free to walk and and stretch their legs when they were restless and did not disturb anyone doing that. Definitely coming back here again soon. I want more of that gnocchi soup and that shrimp scampi!
I decided to go to Olive Garden tonight because it had been years since my last visit, and I heard about the endless pasta promotion. I went to the location on 41st Street, which had plenty of parking available. The interior was clean, and the decor seemed modern. The staff was friendly and professional, and the restrooms were well-maintained. We ordered the salad, breadsticks, and several varieties of endless pasta. Everything was excellent, and I look forward to returning again soon.
I just wanted to give a special thank you to the staff for allowing me to pay for my moms to go meal from North Carolina for her birthday. I couldn’t be there to have lunch with her but being able to surprise her by paying for her meal meant everything to both of us! I appreciate the staff accommodating me and making my mom feel really special. She loved the food. Everything was delicious even after she took it all the way home!

I dined at the olive garden on Sunday with 2 friends of mines, the Waitress Vanessa was great....she was very attentive to me and my guess needs..... constantly checked up on us and made sure we was ok..... The food was great I had the seafood Alfredo pasta.... it was delicious... The bread sticks were warm and fresh straight from the oven... the salad was nice and fresh....I'll definitely be going to thr olive garden again
My waitress, Chloe, was fantastic. She had a wonderful smile and was very knowledgeable about the menu, making some helpful suggestions. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo along with the bottomless salad and breadsticks. While the shrimp Alfredo was a bit bland and needed a touch of seasoning, overall it was still good. I would definitely come back!
Good first experience sat us right away let us chose the seat checked on us constantly for refills or if we needed anything food was good too the chicken Alfredo was good and the soup side
The food here is always incredibly delicious, with a consistently great flavor that never falters! It's definitely one of my favorites. I love the food, and the service is exceptional!

It was a great experience. we were a pleasant party of 11 Jehovah's Witnesses and the waitress assigned to us didn't disappoint!!!!
