We were just in the mood for something light to eat. The breadsticks, as always, were delightful; however, they weren’t as soft and chewy as I remembered. We kicked things off with mozzarella cheese sticks, and I found myself filling up quickly on those and the breadsticks. The soothing tunes of Louis Prima, Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin added a nice touch to our meal. I opted for the customizable pasta and sauce menu, which offered great value. Can 't go wrong with Olive Garden! Food is always consistent. Service is pristine. And this location is spacious and gorgeous! GOOD FOR BIRTHDAYS We came in for a birthday dinner on a weeknight without a reservation. A lot of other people were celebrating their birthdays here too. I believe we heard people sing Happy Birthday four or five times during our dinner. SHORT WAIT TIME This place is always packed, even on a weeknight! Our group of 5 got seated after waiting for 20 min., but if the wait is longer than that, we don 't mind. When our meals arrived, everything looked appealing, but appearances can be deceiving. Unfortunately, all our dishes were bland and lacked flavor. Some chicken was soggy and mushy, while other pieces were overcooked and dry, resembling cardboard. None of us finished our meals, leaving more than half of the food on our plates. To make matters worse, our waiter didn't inquire about our satisfaction; he simply cleared our dirty dishes and quickly brought the bill. It's disappointing to see a place with such potential allow its quality and service to decline so significantly. With a bill of around $200 for the five of us, we expected a much higher standard of food and service.

I love OG! However, today's visit was the best so far in terms of everything was perfect! A manager came by to greet us and check on us, I forgot his name. Our server, Noemi, omgoodness! She is so sweet and genuine. I'm sorry Olive Garden, but she truly should be working for Disneyland! I never knew that OG sang Happy Birthday???? Noemi, helped me sing HBD to my friend. Then another staff member came, and wanted to serenade my friend too! We left feeling satisfied all around. Thank you for great eats and great energy. Great relaxed ambiance. Ps. We had a fantastic family dinner at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant! The Chicken Shrimp Carbonara with side of chicken gnocchi soup was on point and absolutely delicious. One of the best aspects of our experience, besides the tasty food, was our server, who provided the best service ever. He always made sure we were well taken care of, with plenty of bread and salad refills throughout our meal. We truly appreciated the attentive and friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

Always good to come back here. Food portion has not changed despite of inflation. We orered lasagna fritta for appetizer, soup and tour of italy (we have to bring it home) bec the soup garlic breadstick and appetizers are too much. Service is great our server Michelle is always smiling friendly and makes you feel welcome. Ambiance is same it gets crowded at night.

Haven't been here in years, coming from Knotts Berry farm last night and stopped here for late dinner. So glad we were seated right away and our server David was fantastic. We received excellent service thank you so much. Food was hot this time lol....(talking about my previous visit Food was good no complaints:

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Our server, Philip, was particularly impressive; he checked on us frequently and refilled our drinks without us even having to ask. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. Highly recommend! Food was good, had my usual , Chicken Alfredo, as usual their portions are generous. The service was great, on time, super attentive. This location was actually clean. It's a safe place to go when you're on the go but have some time to relax and enjoy your meal.

Their service is great. We were seated in an area that we did not prefer. They quickly accommodated our request to move without a problem. The food was hot and fresh. The ambiance in the restaurant was lively.
