The staff at the hostess stand were decent, but the highlight of our visit was definitely our server, Lola. She was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile. Throughout our meal, she was welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. You could really see that she enjoys her job and takes pride in serving others. As frequent travelers who eat out more than I'd like to admit, our experience with her stood out as the best customer service we've received in months. I’ve visited many Olive Gardens in various cities, but I can confidently say that this location truly stands out. I ordered the Tour of Italy, and it was fantastic. The cheese on the lasagna was beautifully golden brown, the chicken Parmesan was crispy and full of flavor, and the fettuccine was simply perfect. My girlfriend tried the shrimp and chicken carbonara, and it was out of this world!

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had a very positive experience. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived more well done than I like. Fortunately, the waiter noticed this before I even had a chance to mention it and quickly took it back to the kitchen to have it fixed. The Zuppa Toscana soup I ordered was delicious, and the other soups on the menu also looked appealing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.
