Olive Garden Italian

We were greeted promptly and seated in the bar area, which was too noisy. We could hear the hostess calling out names for available tables. To start, our server did not bring straws with our drinks. We ordered our appetizer with our Entree as we already knew what we wanted. However, our appetizer came out before we were even halfway through our soup. When we inquired about this, the staff seemed unorganized. We requested to speak to a manager, who offered us a dessert to share as compensation - which we found to be underwhelming. In the end, we were not satisfied with our experience and felt that the appetizers should have been removed from the bill.

I used to love going to Olive Garden in Deptford, but I don't think I'll be returning. The server rushed to take our orders before we were even seated, and our drinks took forever to arrive, despite multiple reminders. The service was unpleasant and the food was disappointing - the meat was dry, the pasta overcooked, and the restaurant was cold. All three of us were unhappy with our experience, especially since the menu has shrunk and the quality has declined.

Recently got takeout here and it was ABSOLUTELY DELISH It was for lunch and the portions where perfect for me anyways). We got 4 bread sticks/ nice container of minestrone soup and a nice size container of salad with their delish salad dressing... Plus croutons, packets of parmesan cheese, extra dressing. Definitely will go back again. Hopefully soon. Lol Without a doubt, definitely worth it.

I went to my mother's birthday party at this restaurant. The party was quite large, but unfortunately the service was too slow. It took half an hour just to get an appetizer. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, we were able to be seated right away. The whole experience lasted 3 hours. My advice is that if someone wants to order something here, they should be prepared for a lengthy wait. Réservez une table maintenant

Previously a good location. the bases like straw and refills now require a short waiting time, the personal is hardly competent. (and the previous applies if you can get a table). the pandemic and the short staff can only go so far. so disappointed.

The waiter and the staff was excellent. They made sure my granddaughter was happy with her meal. And check several times between servings to make sure that we were all happy with our meals. The stuff shells were spectacular. Thank you.

Always nice eating at Olive Garden. We got there late with a pretty large group. The waitress was very patient with us and did her best to accommodate us. Food was delicious as usual.

If you know New Year’s is going to be busy, wouldn’t you schedule extra staff? 45 minutes waiting in the parking lot for my curbside order, which was just one dish. Inexcusable. Réservez une table maintenant

They do not pay attention when one speaks to them, I will not return, at the GST 2 table, at 21:40:35 12/31/2021, very bad service

I really enjoy Olive Garden. Their Italian margaritas are amazing! And I also love their eggplant Parmesan.
