I ultimately had to drive back to pick up the missing chips and guacamole, which the staff gladly provided. However, when I got home, the chips were completely stale. That was the final straw for me and the reason for writing this review. Enough is enough.
Shame on you for running your business this way. You've lost my loyalty for good, as there are plenty of excellent restaurants in our area that deserve my support. Went to eat with my friend last month and I ordered a steak bowl it was ok not a lot of meat for the price of $11.00. I honestly know know why I make my own bowls at home . It was really spicy to me at least . As for the service Miguel was friendly. It would be helpful for those of us who don't eat at Chipotle much and wanting to try the bowls and ask for suggestions if the employees could make some helpful suggestions instead of saying a big NADA ! The staff is very polite and the food in terms of quality is about what you expect from chipotle. But this location in particular has a problem with over portioning to the point where the food is difficult to eat and disgusting to look at. They also tend to get mobile orders wrong either leaving out items or incorrect ingredients in food. At the end of the day it's a gamble, I like ordering double meat so if you wanna save money it's a pretty safe bet that they'll over stuff your burrito. But if you want a chipotle sized burrito that's easy to eat and won't make you feel stuffed or sick, I'd just try a different location. Abdullah is by far the best customer service employee I've come across since the pandemic changed the workforce. His politeness and patience while managing my complex order were truly impressive. I was ordering more than 15 items for my family and some friends visiting from Indonesia. I would genuinely enjoy spending time with Abdullah; if I were his manager, I would definitely give him a $10 raise for his excellent performance. I even attempted to introduce him to my wonderful wife, Susan, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out.

This was my first visit to any Chipotle restaurant. Over the years I heard friends and others rave about their food. I ordered a steak burrito and a side of queso. Firstly everyone told me the burritos were huge. Mine was as big as my Pixel 6. Pretty small to me. The steak was chewy and did not have much flavor. $2.80 for a side of queso is outrageous. Not worth the price. Will not be returning. I would rather have a Del Taco burrito. Bigger and better. Live and learn. See pic below. One bite taken for size reference.
Placed a mobile pickup order on the app. I was 15-20 minutes late to pick it up. Turns out order was stolen 10 minutes before I showed up. I gave them my last name and then they asked to see proof that I ordered it on my phone. I find that funny considering they didn?t ask for proof from the person that took my order. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be remade. Order was delicious and accurate. I hope the person who took it enjoys the kids meal. But I?m sure there?s no guilty conscience there lol.
Usually love the food at chipotle, especially this one. But the tall blonde girl serves us with an attitude and no pleasant communication. Her closest form of a positive attitude was saying ?have a good day? in a mumbled and violent tone. unacceptable. We made the drive to our destination which took about 45 minutes just to realize she didn?t give us forks, or napkins, forcing us to use our fingers like undeveloped barbarians. Never again chipotle, never again.
The crunchy tacos are amazing! Make sure to ask for beans and rice on the side in one of their bowls; otherwise, you'll receive them in small plastic containers, which can contribute to unnecessary waste.

One of my best restauraunt experiences ever. The cashier, I believe Seth was his name, was so friendly and left a good impression. This establishment has earned a customer for life.
It was alright, but the taste wasn't as good as at most other Chipotle locations.
