This On The Border is outstanding! The restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is pleasant. Some in particular are Hollie and Josh, they were working the bar section and made sure everyone was taken care of and happy, they are very engaging; which in our current climate is almost unheard of. They also customized my fajita order the way I like it, which shows the level of customer service you'll get here. Chips and salsa were good. So was the queso, but that 's where it all started going bad. Ordered the chimichanga. It came out piping hot but the beef was so chunky and not evened out. The beans were cold. Obviously had just been pulled out of the freezer and not warmed up enough. Got fries instead of rice and theybwere delicious and perfectly fried. The service started off great but the girl had to leave and pick up her friend so she told us she 'd have a coworker check on us. That never happened. My daughter and I stopped in this eve for a quick dinner.. We arrived at the same time as a few other parties but the manager was able to seat all of us within minutes.. The manager whom I later found out was named Zack then proceeded to find a server for the 5 top he sat and then took care of us as well as other two top on his own!! Everything came out hot and fast!! Food was yummy and my margarita was perfect!!Zack didn't even bat an eye when asked if could remake my picky kids nachos with white queso!! I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time—our table was ready in just 3 minutes. The restaurant is quite spacious, featuring a bar and numerous tables and booths. We were quickly served chips and salsa right after we were seated. Our waitress was incredibly efficient, friendly, and prompt; I just wish I had caught her name. The food arrived within 8-10 minutes, which was impressively quick, and everything tasted delicious. While the drinks and appetizers were enjoyable, our experience was marred by our waiter, Josh. He seemed to be either drunk or high, and took an unusually long time to bring out our orders, resulting in our frozen drinks nearly melting. Additionally, he forgot to check if we needed anything. Ultimately, his slow service led us to bypass our most important entrees.
